          Financial Modeling ဆိုတာ Financial Statement တွေဖြစ်တဲ့ Balance sheet၊ Income Statement နဲ့ Cash Flow Statement တွေရဲ့ trend ကိုလေ့လာပြီး ၅ နှစ်စာ projection လုပ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။  ဒီလို ခန့်မှန်း တွက်ချက်နိုင်ရန် အတွက်  Financial Statement တွေ ကိုကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ ဖတ်တတ်ရန် နားလည်ရန်  လိုအပ်ပါသည်။  ၎င်းအပြင် Financial Ratio Analysis လုပ်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီတွေရဲ့ဘဏ္ဏာရေးအခြေအနေတွေကို စမ်းစစ်တတ်ရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ယခု Workshop သင်တန်းတွင်  ဒီသင်ခန်းစာတွေကိုကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်စေရန်  Excel function တွေကိုသုံးပြီး ကမ္ဘာကျော်ကုမ္ပဏီတွေဖြစ်တဲ့ Tesla(TSLA), Amazon(AMZN), Walmart (WMT), Microsoft(MSFT) တို့ လိုအောင်မြင်နေတဲ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများလက်တလောမှာ Interest rate risk ကြောင့် ဆုံးရှုံးသွားသည့် Silicon Valley Bank နဲ့ Credit Suisse လို ကုမ္ပဏီတွေကိုပါ case studies တွေ အဖြစ် နှိုင်းယှဉ်လေ့လာသွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။  ထို့အပြင်Yangon Stock Exchange မှာ Listed လုပ်ထားသည့်  ပြည်တွင်းကုမ္ပဏီတချို့ကိုလည်း ထည့်သွင်းလေ့လာကြရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
